Refund policy

1. Returns:

We only accept returns for defective merchandise. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within **15 days** upon receipt of your goods to start the return procedure. Verified defective items qualify for free return shipping and full refund. 

For all claims regarding defective, damaged or wrongshipped items, customers must supply clear photo or video evidence for validation. Return or refund requests will not be approved without valid supporting materials.

 Unopened brandnew items in original packaging can also be returned. In this case, the customer shall bear all return shipping costs. All returned goods must remain in original, unused condition with intact original packaging.

 Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. An $8 restocking fee will apply for returns of nondefective unopened goods.

2. Exchanges: 

We do not offer product exchanges for any orders, whether the shipment has been dispatched or not.

3. Order Modifications: 

You may submit order modification requests within 6 hours after placing your order via onlineshop@creamytime.com. Kindly provide your order number together with your requested changes.

No modifications can be made once your package has been shipped. Please doublecheck all details before completing checkout.

If you wish to return your order, please ship the items to the address below, and include your order number and return reason inside the package.
